Homer walks to the tag board, and looks at tag 723, which was Ike Bykovsky’s tag.

He turns and looks at the empty elevator, the entrance to the mine.

Later, Elsie Hickam is talking on the phone with John’s doctor, while Jim and Homer eat dinner.

“Thank you, Doctor,” says Elsie. “Mm-hmm. Bye-bye.”

Elsie hangs up the phone, then sits down and drinks her coffee.
